Stirrings of the Deep Blue:
Messages from the Dolphins and Whales

In the past few months, I have begun to reflect on the situation of the whales and dolphins. Or maybe they have started to reflect upon me, and have gained access into my consciousness. This two-part article is an attempt to collate some of the material that has surfaced. Some of it is drawn from various sources - scientific, historical, mythical, and some from my own intuitive understandings. I have been enjoined to share this information, because it is timely. We each have a role to play in serving the world community. Given the current global situation, with the threat of an all-out war, widening recession, and multinational/political "oil" games with private agendas, the repercussions are that this might rip apart the precarious balance in the Middle East and cause further destruction of millions of innocent lives. We cannot afford to drag our heels any longer. And so, let us usher in the dolphins and whales.

Sirius and Amphibious Gods

Humankind has been fascinated with the dolphins and whales since time immemorial. The ancient Greeks portrayed them as angels of the sea, free flowing through the swells of the cosmic abyss. Another compelling link is the brilliant Blue Star Sirius and its fish people. The ancient civilizations of Sumer, Arcadia and Babylon all carry myths of Amphibious Gods that came to earth in space ships from the Sirius Star System. In many ancient cultures, notably Egypt, Sumeria, the Dogon, and Hopi, Sirius was considered the brightest and most important star in the firmament. It is the focus of the Central Sun, the Sun behind the sun in our solar system, and represents the highest embodiment of Wisdom and Power. Known as "Brightly Radiating One" (Greco-Egyptian), "Scorching or Burning" (Greek name), or the Dog Star, Sirius achieved God/Goddess status among many early people, and myths surround the dolphins and whales as originating from this Star System.

Another tantalizing link is the Dogon people of West Africa. They are an indigenous people who have lived reclusively in Mali, south of the Sahara Desert, for the past 5000 years. Believed to have come from Egypt, they carry with them astronomical legends about Sirius, which is 8.6 light years from earth. French anthropologists began their research of the creation myths and practices of the Dogons in 1931, and continued for the next three decades, with startling results. The Dogon priests claim that Sirius had a companion star, invisible to the human eye, that revolved around Sirius in a 50-year elliptical orbit. In 1926 it was verified by western astronomy that indeed Sirius (now called Sirius A), had a white dwarf star, Sirius B. The Dogon claim that the Nommos, amphibious gods sent from Sirius to benefit mankind, passed on their astronomical knowledge to them. Their name means "Masters of the Water," "Monitors," "Saviors," and they are seen as spiritual guardians who divided their bodies among men to feed them. Similar aquatic creatures have been noted in other civilizations: the Oannes of the Babylonians (man-fish), Enki of Sumer, and Ea of Acadia. The Blue Star

Sirius is a blue Star. Its predominant color is blue-white. The Hopis called it the Blue Star Kachina. In the Hebrew tradition, this six-sided star is known as Star of David, or Seal of Solomon. The Hindus called it the Mark of Vishnu, one of whose manifestations is half man, half-fish. Both Krishna-who is an incarnation of Vishnu-and Vishnu himself, are known for their illuminating blue color. In the Wisdom Teachings of the Great White Brotherhood, El Morya, Archangel Michael, to name just a couple, are masters of the Blue Ray. Surya, another name for the God of the Central Sun whose outpost of our galaxy is found in Sirius, is tinged with dazzling blue-white.

So, are there connections here? The Nommos were aquatic gods. The BLUE that is the vibrational signature of Sirius is reflected in the depths of our oceans. As above, so below. The positioning of celestial bodies, and the energy they emanate, has a direct impact upon all the species that populate the thousands of stars and planets in the multiverse. Is this why people are inordinately drawn to the mysterious deep blue - the abyss which seems to hold so many secrets to our ancient origins, to the matrix of our past and future, and to the very meaning of Life itself?

In any event, it is my belief that since the misty dawn of history, humankind has drawn from a vast array of archetypes that inspired our mythology, creation themes, and oral legacies. Almost all the heavenly bodies were traced and given the names of animals or mythical beasts. The ancients held in deep awe the archetypal energies (gods and goddesses) as embodied in the various celestial bodies, and developed intimate relationships with these deities, taking them as guardians, allies and mentors. In past several hundred years, with the advent of science, much of this knowledge has been lost and suppressed, or relegated as "superstitious, childish, and unscientific ramblings." But strangely enough, various archetypal energies are announcing themselves again. Nowadays they are known as our Collective Unconscious, universal myths, the Akashic Records, cosmic game plan; they are also explained through the holographic matrix, Universal Field Theory, morphogenetic fields, Supra-DNA, universal patterning resonance, or super string theory.
Whatever terminology is used, I believe they are pointing to the same trend and universal cycle. We are witness to a grand turning of the ages, a colossal rounding out of cycles. The events surrounding 9/11 was one such "turning", a planetary initiation leading us into the next phase of our evolution. Many of us are experiencing this turning in our personal lives, via the poignant stirrings in our heart that simply won't go away. And so could it be that the dolphins and whales are speaking out now - not just as "endangered species" on the material plane--but as primordial archetypes from the depths of our collective unconscious, so as to trigger in us certain clues of awakening to our stellar origins?

My Sirian Connection and Sekhem

My love affair with the dolphins and whales began a long time ago. Before it became a popular belief, I was always convinced that the cetaceans were highly intelligent species, perhaps more intelligent than human beings. When the Russian and US governments were running experiments on them, experimenting with their sonar abilities with the view of using them for intelligence purposes, I thought to myself, "How infidel-to engage probably some of the oldest intelligence on earth in your war business!"

One fresh summer morning four years ago, while still living in Hong Kong, I spontaneously lapsed into a reverie during my morning meditation. I found myself swimming in the aqua blue waters off a beach in Hawaii. The pristine seawater left a crisp and tingly sensation all over my skin. Suddenly I saw a dolphin approaching. He was blue-gray, wearing a huge grin. Maneuvering his huge tail, in the way dolphins do, he started to engage me in an animated dolphin courtship dance. For minutes that seemed to stretch into eternity, we were engulfed in a blissful ocean of emerald green and brilliant sapphire. And then, the dolphin swam head on towards me and merged into me.

As for my own connection with the Blue Star and the Blue Healing Ray: in the past few years I have evolved a practice integrating Buddhist Meditation/ Visualization/ Breathing, Advanced Reiki, native American shamanism, and psycho-spiritual counseling. In 2000, I was drawn, as if by a magnetic pull, to study the healing art of Sekhem. Sekhem's patroness is the Egyptian goddess Sekhmet (goddess of war and healing), and it was the main form of energy healing practiced by the ancient priests/priestesses of Thebes, Heliopolis and other great religious centers. Most strikingly, Sekhem claims an even more ancient origin - from Atlantis and beyond. Sekhem focuses on clearing and transformation on a soul level, and is directly channeled from Sirius. The color of the Sekhem energy is predominantly blue-white, although practitioners work with an abundance of gold and other cosmic rays as well. Training for my Masters level in Sekhem in the past 2 years has literally sprung open a portal to Golden/Crystal Light and inter-dimensional travel. I don't believe there are accidents in life: there are only re-membrances and re-connections. Therefore I cherish and honor this aspect of my Sirian connection. The Sekhem energy was re-introduced to our world by Helen Belot, also Grand Master of Reiki and Sechim. Love-Savitri Frequency

During the last week of August, my good friend Irina Panteva and her thirteen-year old son Ruslan returned from a trip to the Lake Baikal region of South-Central Siberia, their native land. They were shooting a documentary on the customs and cultural environment of the Buryat people. Irina grew up by the Lake before she immigrated to New York in the eighties. She has a deep regard for its indigenous people, their shamanic practices and their Buddhist philosophy (the Tibetan Buddhists made this region one of their settlements in the 17th century).

Lake Baikal is the oldest fresh water lake of the world. Holding 20 % of the earth's fresh water it is also the world's biggest and deepest lake. Long renowned for her exquisite and wild beauty, she is home to more endemic species of plants and animals than any other lake in the world. She is, in fact, a sacred "navel" of Mother Gaia, and her fresh living waters are reputed to possess medicinal and healing properties.

During their two-month stay by the Lake, both Irina and Ruslan had vivid visions of the Spirits of Lake Baikal. A Spirit, who identified himself as Father Baikal, told Irina that the Lake was dying from industrial waste pollution. Many of the hundreds of specimen of fish and aquatic life had disappeared, and even the water of the lake is heating up from underground volcanic activity. On August 7, Irina and her son visited Olkhon Island, the sacred center of Lake Baikal. While in meditation, Ruslan saw a clear picture of a huge Blue Whale laid out on a green field. The whale was dying. Overwhelmed with a sense of deep sorrow, the young boy burst out weeping. They had no forewarning of the fifty-seven whales and the fourteen dolphins that were about to beach and perish at Cape Cod and Virginia respectively, around August 13, in the United States.

At the end of August, after their return to New York, the three of us got together on several occasions and did prayer rituals for the whales and dolphins. On our first prayer circle, right after intoning the sacred Om syllable, we each intuited that hundreds of them had arrived. On the etheric level, the highly evolved echolocation abilities of the whales and dolphins enable them to detect toning and subtle sound vibrations in any place on the earth or other galaxies. These cetaceans responded instantaneously to the holy mantras we were invoking. They were also trying very hard to convey a message. This is a synopsis of what we saw/heard/felt in our meditation:

The whales and dolphins do not originate from the earth. They are different strains of highly evolved Star Beings from other stars and galaxies, most notably from Sirius, the Pleiades, and Arcturus. As citizens of the Galactic Federation of Light, these species possess a very high-energy vibration.

During the times of Lemuria (Mu) and Atlantis, many of them volunteered to assume physical form to come to planet earth, to assist mankind in enhance his life on earth. During those times, human beings were capable of communicating telepathically with many animals. We did it with great ease. Children and adults shared a harmonious respect for all the different species of animals and aquatic creatures, also the plant and mineral kingdoms (crystals). After the fall of Mu and Atlantis, and the Deluge that destroyed much of the records of our precious civilizations, the whales and dolphins became the silent custodians of the planet. They were charged with containing the fragile energy that continues to keep Gaia in balance. They retreated into the silence, watching over us but unable to get through to us a lot of the times. In recent years scientists have been trying to "study" and manipulate them, some for the purpose of intelligence and warfare. The irony is that the cetaceans have been studying Homo sapiens for eons, often with an attitude of great compassion and disbelief in our hubris and stupidity.

And now, because of the dire predicament of our planetary ecology, they have been forced to speak out. The dozens of whales who beached themselves recently at Cape Cod took on this sacrifice just so they could make a statement, to catch our attention. Because the cetaceans are closely knit, they choose to travel in pods. One fascinating example of this is the feeding patterns of the Blue Whale when they make their annual migration back from Maui into the cold Alaskan waters during the fall. Dozens of blue whales would create a sonic circle, cleverly orchestrated to trap and stun their prey, while they rise and fall in a feeding frenzy that might go on for one, two, or three days! To watch these gentle giants dance and feast in an explosive cascade, like a grand ballet choreographed with impeccable precision and grace, leaves one humbled and awed.

The hundreds of whales who appeared in our meditation reassured us that their members who perished simply entered another dimension, one of pure luminescence, fluidity and sound. That frequency is parallel to our earth reality, but much less dense. The reason we can now tune into their frequency is because of the critical changes that are upon the planet right now. The veil is quickly becoming thinner, and what was opaque and seen through a glass darkly is now emerging into clear focus. Enter the Crystal Vibration of the Aquarian Age. This signature of the incoming age is Unity, and Oneness Embracing All Diversity.

However, all is not well. The whales and dolphins are calling out to us in desperation. They are saying, "You are on the verge of destroying your own planet. You create greenhouse gases that speed up global warming. This is resulting in rising sea levels, severe storms and droughts. You cut up the forests. You destroy the coral reef. You pollute the oceans and rives with toxic waste. You are treating Mother Earth as if she were a sewage dump! You are bringing ruin to yourselves and future generations. This is the height of stupidity. Stop!! Wake up!!"

After they made this urgent plea, the whales and dolphins surrounded us with a blanket of energy that can only be described as sheer bliss. Tears came to our eyes. The whales admonished each of us to remember their vibration-it is a unique kind of Love Vibration. The key signature is one of engulfing Peace and Savitri! Savitri, when added to Love, becomes the highest vibration. It is serene, but full of excitement, humor and passion. Like the flowing golden bubbles of champagne. If enough people on planet earth tune into the Love/Savitri Consciousness, there is still hope for transforming our globe into the spiritually awake planet that it was always meant to be. That is the true destiny of planet earth-to become an evolved, enlightened planet for many sentient beings!
