Learn to have Lucid Dreams

iIn this workshop you will learn interesting principles behind working with Dream, Symbolic Language, and Archetypes. Most of us dream, but seldom do we remember our dreams, let alone work consciously with them when we are awake. This workshop will touch on the various kinds of dreams (karmic, meaningful, symbolic, lucid). I will also teach the techniques of Lucid Dreaming. The evening talk will be a preparation, after which students go back home and start their Lucid Dreaming exercises for the night. In the morning when you return for the full day workshop, you will be treated to a full-fledged “lucid dream” experience integrating various schools: Tibetan, Buddhist, Native-American, Jungian psychology, psychodrama, and theatre. The format is dynamic, entertaining, and fun-filled, as we tap into our personal and collective unconscious to evoke powerful archetypal symbols. We will then enact these dreams in “Dream Theatre” as a means to integrate the powerful symbols into full awareness of our emotional and spiritual bodies. An eye-opener!
