IV. Working With Angels

Re-uniting with Your Soulmate or Twin Flame

Do you know that you have a Soul mate or Twin Flame somewhere? The definition of these terms that I provide is somewhat simplistic. So much more information is coming in, as the whole notion of relationships is being revolutionized in the New Age. One of its central themes is the re-integration of the male/female, or shiva/shakti energies of two individuals as they find completion in their coming together. Actually this notion is not new. Most ancient cultures, east and west, make provisions for this theme in many of their great myths and cultural archetypes. Today, as those archetypal themes surface in our collective consciousness, many of us feel within ourselves that profound yearning to be reunited with our other half.

In the beginning was the One, the I AM Presence, the supreme God Consciousness. Then this fiery white ovoid divided into Alpha and Omega, the twin halves. Plato talked about how each person has a twin half that he/she seeks with vigilance all their life, in an effort to be re- united in order to feel complete and fulfilled.

The New Millennium is witnessing a coming together of Twin Flames and Soul mates on a massive scale, as both the sexes are re-thinking and re-working their interdynamics in a significant way. Popular psychology, movies and literature have introduced the concepts of "soul mates" or "twin flames" to the public domain. Are these two notions one and the same?

A soul mate is someone with whom you share deep affinities and connections. You don't have just one soul mate, however. You probably have a dozen or more. At any time, you could connect with any one of your soul mates and they would make an ideal partner. However, soul mates do not always play the role of lover or spouse. They could opt to be your child, your parent, sibling, mentor or dear friend. Often times soul mates appear on the scene when you have some important karmic lesson to work out with them. They are here to teach, support, and act as your mirror.

As for a Twin Flame, he or she is your other half, embodied in another human being. With them there is the potential of becoming a unified whole. Usually the recognition of a Twin Flame is instant and dramatic. You might gaze into their eyes and feel instantaneously you have known them for ages. Their touch is extremely familiar and intimate, almost electric. Most Twin Flame matches are marked with passion, deep love and devotion. That is the ideal scenario. However, here's the catch. When the original Soul was divided up, the twin halves each went their own way. They might have undergone various incarnations and different lessons, thereby racking up different karma and dispositions. Although Twin Flames can be uncannily alike and attracted to each other, some Twin Flames have gone through so much hardship and disillusionment (maya) in their other lifetimes that they fail to recognize each other even should they meet face to face.

There's also the issue of maturity. Each soul has a soul age, quite different from your chronological age, which is the age of your physical body. For example, a young child could be in reality a very old soul. Some times Twin Flames have different maturity quotients. This is because of the separate journeys the different halves took. One half may be more mature than the other. If Twin Flames meet, and their soul maturity is too much at odds, they might have a hell of a time trying to stay together, albeit the intense passion and attraction.

Given all these odds against the possibility of enjoying a fulfilling Soul mate/Twin Flame reunion, we can certainly ask our Angels to intervene on our behalf, remove the psychic blockages, so as to bring about a happy and lasting union.

Or, you may currently be in a relationship. Although it is not perfect, nonetheless, you are relatively comfortable with it. But there are times when you wonder whether this is the "right" person for you. You can ask your Angels for clarification.

• In a simple ceremony, release limiting beliefs and vows that have blocked you from enjoying the ideal relationship.
• Talk to the Guardian Angel of your soul mate/Twin Flame and tell them about your yearning to reunite with them.
• Ask for confirmation as to whether your current relationship is the most appropriate one for your Highest Good.
• And if your soul mate/Twin Flame hasn't shown up yet, make a list of qualities you'd like to see in him/her and the relationship.
• You'll be shown certain symbols to invoke the Love Energy of the Rose Heart Vortex, to magnify the love and devotion coming your way.
• You will be guided through some beautiful meditations during which you can share your deepest secrets with your Angels.
• And, after all's said and done, we offer up our prayers, let go and let God!
